Remkor Manufacturing is a company owned by Mahuma Investment Holdings (Pty)Ltd and Remkor Holdings (Pty)Ltd. The company was established in 2015 by Gwendolyn Mahuma-Madida, Tebogo Mahuma, Raffaele la Monica and Fabrizio La Monica
Mahuma Investment Holdings (MIH) is a 100% black female owned company managed by siblings Gwen Mahuma-Madida and Tebogo Mahuma.
MIH is an investment company with interests in Steel supply, Steel Fabrication, Concrete Product manufacturing and ground handling for the aviation sector.

Remkor Holdings (Pty) Ltd is owned and managed by siblings Raffaele La Monica and Fabrizio La Monica. They are also the owners of Remkor Technologies (Pty)Ltd a company founded by their father Nino La Monica in June 1981 as Remkor Tools. The company was renamed Remkor Technologies (Pty) Ltd in July 2002 to reflect the widening scope of the business, following its successful exportation of telecom equipment to Africa, Asia, South America, North America, and Europe.
It presently employs over 104 people on company-owned premises in West Turffontein, in the south of Johannesburg, conveniently close to City Deep, the inland ‘harbour’ of South Africa. The premises occupy 20 000 m2 of land on two adjacent stands with offices and factories totalling 8 500 m2.
